Administrators can now format the email that gets sent using the workflow steps. Now you can format and put in the text that you wish to say!

Here are the steps to setup the Ediable Email Content. If you have multiple content domains, you will have to perform each step for each content domain.

1. Copy the "emailtemplates" folder from the C:/SiteRefresh//www/models directory.

Note: If you do not have a emailtemplates folder, you should unzip the SiteRefresh.zip file and look in the www/model folder. You should copy this folder to the C:/SiteRefresh/www/models folder and to the content domain folders that you have, such as C:/SiteRefresh/www/mysite/.

If Administrators wants to change the text associated with EmailRoleMemebers Builtin Trigger, they can create a new .template file (and the name of it should be same as the step name for which EmailRoleMembers Trigger is associated). For example if you have a Workflow step named 'Administrators' you will have a template called Administrators.template.

In that .template file Email content can be placed and when ever variable content needs to be inserted then use symbol <##>. i.e if author needs to be inserted in email content then place <#author#> in the template. Allowed varaibles are...
